Strong technical background in cybersecurity, particularly Symantec and Carbon Black products
Excellent communication skills
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships
Experience in proactive customer engagement and support
Knowledge of best practices for planning and building cybersecurity solutions
Capability to conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and assist with installations
Deep understanding of company products/services (e.g., firewalls, antivirus, web filtering, virtual infrastructures, network traffic load balancers)
Skills in troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely resolutions
Ability to collaborate with sales and support teams

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers as their main technical point of contact
Proactively engage with customers to understand needs, challenges, and satisfaction levels
Collaborate with sales team to understand requirements and offer tailored solutions
Regularly reach out to customers for feedback, updates, and recommendations on software updates/upgrades
Engage clients post-sales for successful onboarding, ongoing support, and satisfaction
Guide customers through initial setup, product demonstrations, and training sessions
Assist in product installation and setup at customer sites
Provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and serve as primary contact for inquiries
Work with support organization to address inquiries and reduce resolution time
Document and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams
