Requirements

  • Skills in troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely resolutions
  • Ability to collaborate with sales and support teams

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers as their main technical point of contact
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand needs, challenges, and satisfaction levels
  • Collaborate with sales team to understand requirements and offer tailored solutions
  • Regularly reach out to customers for feedback, updates, and recommendations on software updates/upgrades
  • Engage clients post-sales for successful onboarding, ongoing support, and satisfaction
  • Guide customers through initial setup, product demonstrations, and training sessions
  • Assist in product installation and setup at customer sites
  • Provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and serve as primary contact for inquiries
  • Work with support organization to address inquiries and reduce resolution time
  • Document and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams
