This pivotal role involves expanding and developing customer relationships, helping companies maximize their technology investments, and identifying new business and expansion opportunities within named accounts. Responsibilities

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets within the SMB Cohort.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers, both written and verbal.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients at the Senior Management level and support engagement with C-level contacts.
  • Contract Negotiation: Work with clients to negotiate contract renewals, cross-sells, and upsells.
  • Client Success Planning: Collaborate with clients to establish business and technical goals and potential through technical and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Account Management: Maintain a structured cadence with named customer accounts, build relationships, present Keeper solutions, troubleshoot challenges, manage issues with the broader Keeper team, and close deals.
  • Best Practices Advisory: Advise customers on best practices for securing and protecting their business against password-related breaches.
  • Proactive Customer Success: Proactively manage the success of a portfolio of assigned Keeper Security customers to deliver consistent value across the entire lifecycle.
  • Industry Knowledge: Consistently demonstrate knowledge of Customer Success best practices, stay up-to-date on industry trends, and act as a Customer Success and Cyber Security advisor to your customers.
  • Procurement Navigation: Understand and navigate account procurement practices to negotiate licensing contracts.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues independently and collaboratively with other Keeper Security teams, approaching all situations with curiosity and creativity. This may involve troubleshooting and require deep technical knowledge of our solutions and the Password management space.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong customer relationships by maintaining high levels of engagement, adoption, and communication. Conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure clients are informed about their areas of vulnerability and new product features.
  • Product Expertise: Become a Keeper Security product expert for your customers and occasionally assist on Sales or Marketing calls/webinars as a CSM.

Requirements

  • Bilingual: Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
  • Residency: Must permanently reside in Ireland.
  • Hybrid/Remote Flexibility: This is a hybrid position for those living within a commutable distance to our Cork, Ireland office, or fully remote for those living outside a commutable distance.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including C-level contacts.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and explain technical concepts and solutions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  • Cybersecurity Knowledge: Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, particularly related to password management and breaches.
