A proven track record in Customer Success or Account Management within a B2B sales environment is required, with experience in cybersecurity or SaaS preferred. Familiarity with negotiation, contract renewals, cross-selling, and upselling is essential. Experience conducting technical and quarterly business reviews is also necessary.
The Customer Success Manager will manage an established client base, focusing on growing revenue through contract renewals, cross-sells, and upsells. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, including C-level contacts, and advising them on best practices for cybersecurity and Keeper solutions. The role involves proactively managing customer success throughout their lifecycle, conducting regular business reviews, and troubleshooting technical issues. Additionally, the CSM will act as a product expert and may assist with sales and marketing calls.
