The Customer Success Manager will serve as the main point of contact for customers, represent the voice of the customer to influence product and sales processes, lead renewals and proactively identify expansion opportunities, create value for customers by defining business outcomes and building success plans, manage success planning at the program level, and document/track value realized throughout the customer lifecycle.
