The Customer Success Manager will proactively manage client accounts to maximize value and drive business growth, leading customers through onboarding and implementation, developing product adoption strategies, and providing technical guidance. They will also develop new ways to increase product usage, enable integrations with existing tool stacks, facilitate customer journeys by sharing relevant content and best practices, conduct data analysis to drive decision-making, and identify and lead interventions to address customer risk. Furthermore, the role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders across various departments to ensure customer success and continuously learn about new tools and AI technologies.
