They should be conversant in SQL or willing to learn the basics and advanced topics, demonstrate strong discovery and interpersonal skills, exhibit intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility, and have high proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
The Customer Success Engineer will work directly with all users to ensure they can get the most value from the platform, including answering questions via Intercom, Slack, phone, or email. They will collaborate with Solutions Architects, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to provide broad exposure across the organization and contribute to delivering optimal customer experiences, challenging the status quo, and playing an integral part of the customer journey.
