Candidates should possess at least one year of prior experience in a direct Customer Support/Success role, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work weeknights and weekends with 5 days of work and 2 days off, covering 40 hours per week.
The Customer Success Associate will provide exceptional customer service by communicating with users across several channels – email, chat, and social media, responding to user complaints, requests, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner, practicing conflict resolution abilities, and effectively communicating with multiple departments. They will also assist Regulatory Operations, Compliance, and other internal teams with ad hoc requests and additional fraud reviews, support the interdepartmental (Operations, Fraud) needs as it pertains to user interactions and the DFS product, and review player deposit and withdrawal transactions for potential fraud to ensure accounts are correctly maintained.
