Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Sports, or a similar field and have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a customer experience position, preferably within a B2B company. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to comprehend client inquiries and convey solutions quickly. A solid understanding of sports betting and fluency in sports betting odds is required, along with a passion for and knowledge of the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, and NCAA Basketball and Football. A results-driven work ethic focused on process and result improvement is necessary, along with availability for flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred qualifications include sports betting industry experience, experience with cross-functional teams, and experience with API-oriented products.
The Customer Success Associate will establish themselves as an expert and communicator of Swish's products and services. They will manage day-to-day inbound client inquiries via Slack, email, and video conferencing, identify customer pain points, and proactively reach out with solutions. This role also involves communicating relevant inquiries and tasks to the Swish Trading, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams.
