Requirements

7-10+ years of total experience
At least 2-3 years of experience building and/or leading high-performing teams to deliver key business outcomes in complex, dynamic environments
Experience building and maintaining relationships with senior executive customer stakeholders
Motivated by and a track record of building and maintaining relationships with senior executive customer stakeholders
Enjoy identifying problems and working cross-functionally to design and deliver solutions to address them
Clear and concise communication skills (both in-person and in writing)
(Optionally) Experience in healthcare technology and/or healthcare financial services or B2B SaaS

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Customer Operations IC’s working cross-functionally (with e.g., Product, Engineering, Billing Ops and Customer Support teams) to deliver business-critical customer outcomes
Develop exceptional talent via intentional apprenticeship and mentoring (i.e., be the talent forge for Candid)
Maximize revenue retention and growth for a defined customer portfolio that represents a significant portion of Candid’s current and future business
Develop and consistently demonstrate a deeply substantive execution skillset and working knowledge of the Candid product and the details of our customers' pain points
Build and maintain relationships with senior executive customer stakeholders, ensuring that Candid is focused on delivering value for them
Partner with Sales to manage inbound deal flow and strategic growth
Play a critical role in shaping our company culture and help make this the best place we’ve ever worked
