Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or a scientific discipline
  • Preferably minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in B2B or e-commerce
  • Strong Lithuanian and English language skills (oral and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work well in a team and share workload
  • Ability to solve problems and multitask under deadlines
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Process customers’ orders efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner using different ERP systems
  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries via email or other communication channels in a professional manner, providing customers with appropriate information about products or services
  • Work and communicate effectively with other departments to address customer requirements and meet customer deadlines
  • Quickly and effectively resolve customer issues to ensure their satisfaction
  • Handle, analyse, and resolve customer complaints according to the company’s procedures
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve service (via email or phone, or other communication channels)
  • Continuously update knowledge about the company's products, services, and processes
  • Participate and initiate process improvements
