Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or a scientific discipline
Preferably minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in B2B or e-commerce
Strong Lithuanian and English language skills (oral and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Good communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work well in a team and share workload
Ability to solve problems and multitask under deadlines
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Process customers’ orders efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner using different ERP systems
Respond to internal and external customer inquiries via email or other communication channels in a professional manner, providing customers with appropriate information about products or services
Work and communicate effectively with other departments to address customer requirements and meet customer deadlines
Quickly and effectively resolve customer issues to ensure their satisfaction
Handle, analyse, and resolve customer complaints according to the company’s procedures
Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve service (via email or phone, or other communication channels)
Continuously update knowledge about the company's products, services, and processes
Participate and initiate process improvements
