Strong written English and typing speed are essential, along with comfort working night shifts (11pm-7am SA time) and weekends. Applicants must possess confident computer skills, a fixed fibre internet line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps supporting a wired Ethernet connection, and a reliable power backup solution. Excellent communication, problem-solving, tech-savviness, empathy, attention to detail, time management, a customer-first mindset, team collaboration, and adaptability are also required.
The Customer Service Representative will assist nurses and care facilities with using the app, answer questions, and help with account setup, shift bookings, and general support. Responsibilities include fixing or reporting app problems, responding to urgent issues like last-minute cancellations, communicating clearly via chat, email, or phone, and keeping records of support conversations. The role also involves working with the team to improve the user experience.
