Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with strong interest in education-related fields
  • Quick to learn and master basic job knowledge, with strong customer service sense
  • Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous in work, good communication and problem-solving skills
  • 1–3 years of experience in education-related customer service (preferred, not required)
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (required)
  • Ability to work Eastern Time: Wednesday to Sunday, 2PM-10PM

Responsibilities

  • Enroll trial courses for clients, set up new classes in the system, manage student transfers between classes, process student refunds, and handle mailing of course materials
  • Recommend suitable classes based on students' learning progress to ensure smooth delivery of educational services
  • Assist teaching staff with tasks such as gathering student feedback, coordinating teacher schedules, and participating in course quality assessments
  • Provide course consultations to potential customers and proactive outreach to user leads
  • Offer excellent customer service to existing clientele
