Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing environment
Strong knowledge of SAP (order management and quality management), MS Office and reporting tools
Experience working in an international and multicultural environment
Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Advanced English (written and spoken)
Nice to have: Experience in automotive or industrial environments
Nice to have: Tire or product knowledge, or interest in developing this skill
Nice to have: Familiarity with supply chain and order-to-cash processes

Responsibilities

Manage customer orders end-to-end: order entry, tracking, confirmation and follow-up
Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned key accounts and ensure service levels are met
Monitor customer forecasts, identify deviations and support forecast accuracy and sales stability
Handle customer claims (logistics, returns, pricing, quality) using SAP QM and drive timely resolution
Coordinate delivery planning with logistics to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled
Identify and suggest opportunities to improve customer service and operational effectiveness
Support sales by offering alternative products and maximizing order fulfillment
