Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Strong knowledge of SAP (order management and quality management), MS Office and reporting tools
  • Experience working in an international and multicultural environment
  • Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)
  • Nice to have: Experience in automotive or industrial environments
  • Nice to have: Tire or product knowledge, or interest in developing this skill
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with supply chain and order-to-cash processes

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders end-to-end: order entry, tracking, confirmation and follow-up
  • Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned key accounts and ensure service levels are met
  • Monitor customer forecasts, identify deviations and support forecast accuracy and sales stability
  • Handle customer claims (logistics, returns, pricing, quality) using SAP QM and drive timely resolution
  • Coordinate delivery planning with logistics to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled
  • Identify and suggest opportunities to improve customer service and operational effectiveness
  • Support sales by offering alternative products and maximizing order fulfillment
