Responsibilities
Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order and product knowledge requests
Process customer orders/changes according to established department policies and procedures
Perform administrative functions related to orders and serving customers, including loading tickets, weighing inbound trucks, preparation of correspondence, systems and documentation maintenance, inventory, basic shipping/receiving administration, basic accounting duties, preparation of invoices, and price quotes (depending on assigned location)
Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
Confer with sales, production, shipping, warehouse, and/or carrier to assure order fulfillment is optimized
Provide extraordinary customer service using a working knowledge of company products and programs
Correspond effectively in all customer interactions
Work closely with team members and internal stakeholders
Fulfill administrative duties associated with the role
Complete all responsibilities in compliance with safety protocols, policies, procedures, and the company's Statement of Principles
