Requirements

  • Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Life Science or a relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service role
  • Customer-centric approach with excellent phone and email etiquette
  • Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP, E1 (Oracle), and MS Office preferred
  • Knowledge of international trading
  • Proficient in spoken and written English; additional languages such as Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesian, Thai, or Vietnamese are a plus
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for customers, channel partners, and team members via phone, email, and meetings
  • Provide proactive communication on changes or delays and offer alternate solutions
  • Efficiently respond to customer inquiries regarding quotations, orders, product availability, pricing, delivery, billing, returns/replacements, and other documentation
  • Drive the Order to Cash process, including order creation, status updates, purchase order processing, payment handling, and shipping coordination
  • Collaborate across borders and time zones with various global internal and external customers
  • Additional tasks, duties, and projects as assigned
