Responsibilities

Provide expert internal and external customer service and sales support to Inside Sales Team and customer engagements; assist in maintaining performance expectations; handle complex discrepancies, interface directly with customers, recommend solutions/action plans to internal sales team
Manage Order to Invoice Process: order entry & maintenance (outside Infosys), value added order entry & follow up, manage inbound customer order formats (excel, pdf, fax, etc.), submit SSRQ (SIMS Setup Request) including Value Added, NCNR, COP; NCNR setup and filing; set up MyArrow accounts and PCPRCE 2 maintenance for contract pricing
Support sales team with direct customer contact in Planned Demand and Quality assurance: coordinate e-Compass and Forecast Response reports with Infosys, provide first point of escalation after initial expedites, complete bond requests, manage Dropped Part/New Part/Item Status Change reports, own manual inventory sweep from IPS/consignment, coordinate contract refresh clauses, handle branch service requests (sure ship/sure receipt), RMA, initiate CAR/FQR analysis, submit Customer Surveys (NAFTA, ISO Cert’s, Quality, etc.), correct post-delivery issues (wrong carrier/packaging/shipping account), work origin of SMI/Sludge
Assist Inside Sales with Quote to Order objectives: load SDT quotes under 50 line items, forward quotes in PDF to Quote Center, monitor PM views, update quote extensions, order samples, coordinate contract signature completion with legal
