Responsibilities

  • Zelfstandig uitvoeren van administratieve taken binnen Benelux
  • Waarborgen van serviceniveaus die voldoen aan de eisen van de locatie
  • Beheren van algemene administratieve processen, ook bij afwezigheid van leidinggevenden of teamleden
  • Coördineren en optimaliseren van administratieve procedures en systemen
  • Informeren, adviseren en ondersteunen van collega’s over afdelingsprocessen en richtlijnen
  • Begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers bij hun onboarding
  • Aansturen van collega’s binnen het administratieve domein
  • Verwerken van klantverzoeken via telefoon, internet en schriftelijke communicatie
  • Bijhouden van klantgegevens in databases en opstellen van statusrapporten
  • Fungeren als schakel tussen klanten en interne afdelingen, met kennis van producten en processen
  • Ondersteunen van het volledige ordermanagementproces
  • Uitvoeren van projectmatige administratieve taken binnen gestelde deadlines
  • Meewerken aan klantgerichte initiatieven zoals evenementen, marketingcampagnes en presentaties
  • Toepassen van basisprincipes van wetenschappelijke analyse bij het oplossen van eenvoudige afdelingsvraagstukken
