Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from an accredited educational institution
At least Two (2) years of proven experience and working knowledge of electro-technologies and end use applications with a broad range of residential, commercial and industrial customers
Must possess a valid Driver’s License to operate a motor vehicle with access to a personal vehicle

Responsibilities
Interact in a service/technical capacity with customers and their consultants to explain energy use in a range of end use applications
Serve as the primary contact for customers (other than annually identified strategic accounts) with annual kWh generally of 3.5 million and below, applying service to all customers without regard to electrical usage
Ensure successful delivery of service to assigned customer segments, requiring independent initiative, ingenuity, versatility, and judgment in promoting and developing electric services
Receive, resolve, or direct resolution of inquiries on existing accounts (e.g., billing amount, date, rate) for the defined customer segment
Support account executives in the creation, coordination, and work cycle management of work orders for defined customer segments
