This is an onsite position requiring you to sit at the front desk in the newly-renovated lobby Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone and in-person, forwarding calls, supporting inquiries, providing sales support direction, working in a digital ticket system, interfacing with vendors and customers, and assisting with project coordination and document control.
You need strong computer skills, courteous customer service abilities, proficiency in a fast-paced environment, basic product knowledge, and skills in phone/email communication, ticket systems, and administrative support.
