Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Minimum of 1-year of Customer Service, Supply Chain and/or Buyer experience
  • Minimum of 1-year experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Location: Santa Isabel (non-negotiable)
  • Basic Qualifications: Customer service, supply chain, and/or purchasing background including experience with quotes, returns and/or SAP administrative support
  • Preferred: Basic understanding of inventory management
  • Preferred: Familiarity with return management systems
  • Preferred: Microsoft Office experience to include Excel and Word
  • Preferred: Experience in the A&D industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer issues and vendor disputes effectively
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end processes and ensure high quality deliverables
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the stakeholders to gather necessary information
  • Serve as a central point of contact for inquiries and updates
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely submission
  • Review documents for compliance with requirements and standards
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, return merchandise authorization (RMA) and proposals tracking with vendors
  • Complete tasks within SAP related to system assignments and part scheduling
