Requirements

  • Any Graduation or Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 to 5 years of experience (4+ years preferred in Reporting function working extensively on SQL/VB/.Net)
  • Well versed with MS Office suite, including MS Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel
  • Experience working on Crystal Reports (preferred)
  • Open for evening shift
  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Provide data manipulation and analysis services. Analyze, convert, and present into value added management information
  • Adhoc reporting – fetching data from database, data massaging, creation of reports
  • Develop an understanding of data tables within the warehouse for data linkages
  • Communicate project status weekly to business owners throughout the duration of assigned projects
  • Develop and maintain reporting documentation (W/M/Q/A frequency) to ensure coordination between cross functional teams e.g. RMD cycle, quarterly/yearly audits etc
  • Communicate information of a complex nature to different levels of management in easy-to-understand business language throughout the duration of the project
  • Comply with all client policies, procedures, and Federal/State/Local regulations and escalate issues to the management
  • Taking active participation in process improvements and automation
