Requirements

Any Graduation or Bachelor’s degree
3 to 5 years of experience (4+ years preferred in Reporting function working extensively on SQL/VB/.Net)
Well versed with MS Office suite, including MS Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel
Experience working on Crystal Reports (preferred)
Open for evening shift
Good verbal & written communication skills
Attention to detail
Good time management skills
Ability to work independently
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

Provide data manipulation and analysis services. Analyze, convert, and present into value added management information
Adhoc reporting – fetching data from database, data massaging, creation of reports
Develop an understanding of data tables within the warehouse for data linkages
Communicate project status weekly to business owners throughout the duration of assigned projects
Develop and maintain reporting documentation (W/M/Q/A frequency) to ensure coordination between cross functional teams e.g. RMD cycle, quarterly/yearly audits etc
Communicate information of a complex nature to different levels of management in easy-to-understand business language throughout the duration of the project
Comply with all client policies, procedures, and Federal/State/Local regulations and escalate issues to the management
Taking active participation in process improvements and automation
