Requirements

  • Any Graduation
  • 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Spanish - Expert (Level B2 certification mandatory)
  • Language Translation skills for Customer Service
  • Ability to take calls (Contact Center) with good language and V&A skills

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry in Human Resource systems (SuccessFactors), tracking tools, and client-specific tools
  • Update HRIS systems with HR transactions
  • Receive requests from employees via the client’s ticketing tool
  • Review input to ensure data compliance with company practices
  • Communicate with employees to request corrective or additional data and confirm receipt of requests
  • Analyze output reports to ensure accurate data processing, address errors, and initiate corrective action
  • Proof data entry generated within the immediate team to ensure quality of deliverables
  • Research and resolve data entry discrepancies
  • Read and understand communications regarding client and Accenture HR Services processes
  • Participate in cross-functional training for team backup responsibilities
  • Refer customers to self-service options as applicable
  • Participate in process improvement planning
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to supervisor
  • Provide operational statistics as requested
  • Complete special projects as assigned
  • Support and sustain a positive work environment
  • Be receptive to performance feedback and work on improving
  • Deliver qualitative output and meet expected standards
  • Adhere to SLAs, KPIs, CPIs set by client
  • Deliver all services in Spanish language
