Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, quality, or a related technical field from a leading university, or equivalent experience
  • Solid track record of 5+ years in an electronics customer quality role, with proficiency in leading customer QMS requirements such as APQP, VDA, and ZVEI
  • Experience with automotive customers and electronics failure analysis processes, with the ability to travel internationally for customer meetings and supply chain audits
  • Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO26262, SMD, SMT manufacturing practices, and semiconductor manufacturing processes
  • Familiarity with electronics reliability standards like AEC-Q100, AEC-Q101, and AEC-Q200, as well as proficiency with 8D problem-solving tools and methods
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in using MS Office software tools, data analytical tools, and quality document tools such as Six Sigma, Control Plan, FMEA, and QA Network

Responsibilities

  • Be a point of contact for Customer Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with customer quality requirements for new and existing products
  • Coordinate and communicate customer quality standards across internal teams, facilitating seamless collaboration and implementation
  • Track and report customer quality metrics to management, driving continuous improvement initiatives for outstanding customer happiness
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, customer program management, and supply chain teams to resolve quality defects and improve product performance
  • Conduct risk assessments for Process Change Notifications (PCNs) and handle customer audits, ensuring our processes meet the highest industry standards
