Responsibilities
Claims Briefs: Compile, distribute, and complete claim briefs based on death notifications, coordinating with internal teams to gather contract data
Beneficiary Research: Investigate and verify beneficiary information for self-administered claims using internal systems
Legal Documentation Review: Process and validate transfer of ownership and power of attorney documents, ensuring compliance with state-specific legal standards
Accounting Support: Assist with claims voucher entries to ensure accurate fund transfers and offsets
Miscellaneous Processes: Participate in weekly and quarterly operational tasks as needed
