  • Ser la voz del cliente internamente y contribuir activamente al desarrollo de producto de la compañía
  • Identificar, analizar y solucionar problemas de los clientes juntamente con el equipo de producto
  • Proponer nuevos servicios a los clientes para incrementar el MRR
