Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or above and a minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain functions, such as Customer Service or Planning. They must be fluent in both spoken and written Japanese, have knowledge of SAP in the SD or MM sections, and demonstrate a strong understanding of MRP/ERP, Logistics, and Transportation. Additionally, candidates are expected to have excellent communication and coordination skills, be analytical and result-oriented, and possess an innovative and adaptable mindset as well as be a good team player.

Responsibilities

The Customer Focus Center Representative will provide insight into demand forecasts, manage customer orders, and support commercial efforts to achieve sales targets, including receiving orders, checking supply plans, following up on orders, and arranging stock replenishment. They will also issue IC POs, predict inventory, and perform SAP transactions such as order maintenance and customer master data management. Furthermore, the role involves timely escalation of exceptions, addressing customer requests and complaints, and fulfilling other tasks assigned by line managers.
