Requirements

The ideal candidate is a university student or a fresh graduate interested in starting a career in Customer Experience, possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic, and demonstrating proficiency as a fast typer. They should also exhibit a passion for problem-solving, a desire to improve people’s lives, and a natural people-oriented disposition.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Intern, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries through live chat and phone calls, building relationships with customers by welcoming them and ensuring their satisfaction, onboarding customers to initiate their journey, exhibiting empathy when dealing with people, communicating feedback to various teams, and following up on resolving customer pain points. You will also be expected to ensure customers are ‘WOW’ed by our service, maintain a calm demeanor during challenging situations, and organize your time efficiently to complete tasks in a timely manner.
