Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement. Proven success in developing and executing enterprise-wide communication strategies is required, along with exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills and a strong attention to detail. Experience managing internal communication platforms and tools, strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to translate data and insights into compelling narratives are also necessary. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite or other design/video tools, experience with SharePoint or similar internal communication platforms, and familiarity with customer experience or employee engagement are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Customer Experience Communications Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic communication initiatives to elevate the voice of the customer, promote transparency, and drive engagement across the enterprise. This includes crafting compelling narratives, managing internal channels like the Heartbeat page, and partnering with cross-functional teams to amplify the impact of the customer experience strategy. Responsibilities also involve translating complex insights into clear stories, supporting executive communications, creating engaging content (articles, videos, infographics, newsletters), maintaining a consistent communication drumbeat, ensuring content accessibility and inclusivity, designing and implementing internal awareness campaigns, developing a content calendar, monitoring engagement metrics, and serving as a communications advisor to internal teams.
