Requirements

  • Ability to act as the primary point of contact and "face" of WeWork, supporting multiple buildings as required
  • Capacity to report to Community Management team and take direction from Community Lead and Community Manager
  • Illustration of WeWork’s core values while working towards the company mission
  • Knowledge of WeWork policies, procedures, guest policy, community etiquette, and building-specific forms (e.g., pet forms, filming requests, bike room requests)
  • Familiarity with tools like Welkio iPad, Spacestation or equivalent system, and regional posting systems
  • Ability to anticipate member and guest needs and personalize experiences using relevant member information
  • Active engagement on the WeWork member network

Responsibilities

  • Cover the front desk during business hours, greet members and guests warmly, ensure guests sign in via Welkio iPad
  • Learn names of members and guests to build relationships and foster community
  • Keep front desk clean and organized, notify members of deliveries, answer questions on way-finding, policies, and procedures
  • Provide feedback on event programming, evaluate events based on attendance, satisfaction, and impact
  • Celebrate members’ successes with gifts and notes, distribute event info including posters
  • Ensure operational requirements for events (e.g., elevators, HVAC), input member notes into systems
  • Identify opportunities to connect members, recommend local services (restaurants, delivery, etc.)
  • Write and send building update broadcasts, manage music levels and activations
  • Receive, process, sort, organize mail, issue posts, keep mailroom clean, handle "Return to Sender" and lost packages
  • Track, audit, and ensure courier parcels have correct details for pick-ups
  • Build welcoming community through events and relationships, ensure building is operational and processes efficient
  • Drive growth and promotion of WeWork service offerings, support Community Team as necessary
