Responsibilities

  • Works collaboratively with clients and stakeholders (external and internal) to research and elicit, analyse, validate and document business requirements, ensuring they reflect true business needs and represent all stakeholders
  • Translates business needs into system/application requirements and project components to determine solutions to business problems
  • Assists team members in producing functional requirements for tool development
  • Proactively identifies and manages changes to requirements and identifies risks for the company’s clients
  • Effectively manages client’s expectations
  • Applies industry and information technology expertise to support proposals, feasibility studies, implementations and new business development
  • Prepares financing contracts according to HPEFS policies and customer specifics
  • Manages Sales and Customer Delivery forecast for regular business with existing customers; supports Sales in new business acquisitions
  • Liaises with customers on a regular basis to ensure smooth cooperation
  • Ensures proper contracts data reflection in the systems
  • Cooperates with suppliers to ensure proper and timely invoicing; monitors supplier payments TAT
  • Proactively works with customers, answers their questions, provides requested data
  • Engages with appropriate teams internally for complex customer queries; takes ownership for solutions
  • Coordinates/monitors operational issues and proposes solutions to the team
  • Ensures that solutions offered to the Customer are compliant with Legal, Finance, Pricing, PM requirements
  • Supports the deployment of new business tools which enhance operational excellence and profitability (e.g., customer portal, electronic signature)
