Requirements

  • Capability to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating needs into data/infrastructure requirements
  • Experience leading global and local squads in agile environments to deliver customer 360
  • Ability to define AI adoption roadmaps, prioritize use cases, design pilots/POCs, evaluate, and scale solutions
  • Skills in leading development of Customer 360 dashboards with standardized KPIs and metrics across geographies

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Customer 360 vision and strategy, including designing the global data ecosystem model and deploying customer insurance data lakes
  • Promote a customer-centric, data-driven culture to maximize data value, improve decision-making, and drive business growth
  • Oversee customer data management and governance, including integration into centralized platforms adapted to each geography's infrastructure
  • Ensure data quality, accessibility, accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance; define standards for identifiers, master data, and lineage
  • Act as the link between business leaders and technology teams; partner with stakeholders for adoption and report progress to senior leadership
  • Define AI adoption roadmap, identify/prioritize use cases, design pilots/POCs, evaluate results, and scale high-impact solutions
  • Facilitate integration of AI into platforms like CRM, Customer 360, and data lakes
  • Lead development of Customer 360 dashboards for visualizing consistent customer KPIs with homogeneous metrics across countries
