Responsibilities

  • Produce and publish a compelling piece of content every week, focused on case studies allowing eCom/Retail or Healthcare customers to tell their story on the impact of using Flip for voice automation
  • Create engaging, high-quality videos that feature customers and their Flip experiences and its impact on their business
  • Edit, cut, and polish footage into scroll-stopping content for LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and our website
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to capture authentic stories
  • Experiment with formats, trends, and ideas to keep content fresh and exciting
  • Create content about Flip events, initiatives, and insights to engage audiences on multiple channels including website, CRM, presentations, and social channels
  • Write compelling copy for case studies and posts, and help with simple visual design when needed
  • Turn information from case study sheets and video interviews into social clips, longer-form video, written case studies, and presentation slides
