As a Customer Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships, educating customers on their retirement plans, responding to customer inquiries on Retirement Products and Plans such as 401(k), 403(b), 457, and 401(a), and providing retirement financial advice and mentorship. You will also explain product features and annuity plan concepts to customers, agents, and beneficiaries, and assist with the training and development of new team members.
