Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in internal or external communications, preferably in the technology industry, and hold a Bachelor's degree. They must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information into clear and accessible language, along with organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills. Experience collaborating across teams and functions, a growth mindset, comfort navigating ambiguity, and the ability to support strategic communication plans are also required. Some hands-on experience with Twilio SendGrid or similar platforms is necessary.

Responsibilities

As the Customer Communications Manager, the individual will plan, draft, and deliver customer-facing advisories that are clear, accurate, and empathetic, managing the end-to-end delivery of advisories with minimal oversight. They will own project timelines, serve as a central point of contact across Product, Support, and Ops, juggle multiple concurrent communications, review content for accuracy and tone, utilize dashboards and reporting tools to track effectiveness, contribute to evolving internal processes and tools, and build strong collaborative relationships across GTM, R&D, and beyond.
