This is a full-time role with shift times that will vary upon business need, requiring schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
6+ months experience in a customer service-focused environment is preferred, along with excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high urgency, understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting, and schedule flexibility.
