Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA
Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA (Must To Have)
Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 (Good To Have)
Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies
Experience in performance tuning and optimization of ABAP programs
Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools

Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements
Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Create design specifications and ensure applications align with business objectives
Engage in discussions with team members to refine application features and functionalities

Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
