Minimum 5 years of experience
15 years full-time education
Proven experience building and maintaining custom user-facing applications on Palantir Foundry ontology
General knowledge of Foundry platform capabilities and specific applications (e.g., Workshop, Quiver, Slate, Vertex, Object Views)
Ability to design ontology for custom applications based on business requirements
Ability to choose between Workshop, Quiver, Slate, and Object Views, considering development speed, maintainability, and user experience
Experience identifying opportunities for embedding and redirecting between custom and built-in applications
Knowledge of using Scenarios and Foundry Rules for user interaction with models and data pipelines
Familiarity with version control and release management best practices
Ability to identify and avoid issues with data freshness and application performance
Knowledge of responding to changes in source data or user requirements
Ability to identify opportunities for turning static dashboards into operational workflows
Experience working with large and complex data sets from multiple sources
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and scripting languages like JavaScript/TypeScript
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
React.js (must-have skill)

Responsibilities

Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
Develop and maintain robust custom applications within the Palantir Foundry platform
Collaborate with teams to design actionable dashboards driven by business insights
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Palantir applications for performance and reliability
Document architecture, processes, and best practices for ongoing support and knowledge sharing
