Strong grasp of application development methodologies
Experience in scripting and automation

Responsibilities

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact
Design and implement advanced document templates and layouts using Smartcomm modules such as Advanced Template Designer and Data Modeler
Maintain and optimize scripts to support efficient document workflows and system performance
Configure and manage Data Models, Content Rules, and Layout Mappings
Ensure optimal performance and compliance in document generation and rendering
Partner with stakeholders to deliver accurate, compliant, and intuitive document solutions for the retirement industry
Diagnose and resolve issues related to template design, data integration, and system configurations
Work seamlessly across both desktop and web versions of Smartcomm
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, build scalable and high-performance applications, and enhance existing systems
Ensure adherence to development best practices and organizational standards while delivering user-centric solutions
