Minimum 3 years of experience (5–6 years preferred) as SAP ECP-PAYROLL Consultant specializing in UK Payroll
Strong experience with SAP HCM UK Payroll – end-to-end processing, legal compliance, P60/P45, etc
In-depth hands-on knowledge of SAP Payroll schemas and PCRs
Proficient in Payroll Control Center (PCC) implementation and customization
Experience in configuring KPIs, validations, policies, and alerts in PCC
Understanding of SuccessFactors EC & SAP HCM Time Management (advantageous)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
15 years full-time education

Responsibilities

Implement and configure SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC) from scratch, including validation rules, KPI definitions and analytics dashboards, and configuration of alerts and policies
Modify and maintain existing PCC configurations to align with business changes
Design, build, and optimize PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and schemas for UK Payroll, ensuring compliance with statutory and organizational requirements
Perform unit testing
Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide timely resolutions
Prepare documentation for configurations, testing, and knowledge transfer
