Responsibilities

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills
Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery
Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications
Act as the primary point of contact
Collaborate with various teams to ensure project milestones are met
Facilitate discussions to address challenges and guide the team in implementing effective solutions
Engage in strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives
Ensure all stakeholders are informed and involved in the development process
Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs
