Requirements

Mandatory experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations (primary skill)
Experience with HCM Extracts, BIP, OTBI, HDL, Fast Formulas, and Personalizations
Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, ORC, OLC, OTL
Skilled in SQL, RTF, Etext, Excel, XSL templates, inbound/outbound integrations, OIC, Report Security, Design Studio, Page Composer, and EL Expressions
PL/SQL is a plus
Educational qualification: B.E/MBA/MCA preferred
Any Oracle certification is preferred
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Excellent analytical and presentation skills
Committed to meeting deadlines and delivering quality outcomes
Able to handle client discussions independently

Responsibilities

Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud
Create or update Functional/Technical design documents
Develop Integrations/Reports and perform testing
Responsible for project deliverables from offshore
Conduct Demos, Functional and Technical discussions with Onshore teams including end Customer
Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications
Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs
