Expert in complete TDLC (Technical Development Life Cycle), improving methodologies and tooling
Guides adoption of new technologies (e.g., cloud services, automation frameworks)
AI Governance: Define policy controls, risk tiers, approval workflows, model/prompt change advisory, vendor due diligence, DPAs, retention standards
Cost & Risk Guardrails: Multi-provider routing policies, monthly unit-economics reviews
Enterprise Protocols: Champion MCPs, standard AI comms protocols, schema contracts, audits
Resilience & Portability: Disaster-recovery for embeddings/indexes, cross-cloud portability, fallbacks
Outcome-first Roadmapping: Set value hypotheses and measurement plans (deflection, CSAT, time-to-market)
Domain mastery: Broad knowledge across distribution channels, mutual fund distribution, brokerage, retirement products; align with financial trends/regulations
High AI fluency: Drive AI-enabled engineering at scale, leverage AI in development lifecycle, customize AI models/scripts, coach on prompt engineering, evaluate/introduce AI tools, integrate AI components

Develop custom software solutions: design, code, enhance components across systems/applications using modern frameworks and agile practices
Analyze, design, code, and test application components across multiple clients
