Requirements

Minimum 7.5 years of experience (9+ years preferred for E2E Implementation in SAP S4 HANA Enterprise Asset Management with lead role)
5+ years of consulting experience in Middle East or India-based SAP Projects with Oil and Gas industry focus
In-depth understanding and extensive experience in SAP S4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
Expertise in configuration of EAM modules: Notification Processing, Order Processing, Fleet Management, HSECES Inspection, Planned Maintenance, Refurbishment, Resource Scheduling, Turnaround
Good understanding of neighboring skills: WCM (Work Clearance Manager), WMS (Work Planning Management System), MOC (Management of Change)
Experience with existing business processes (localization, customizations, and integrations) in SAP S4HANA EAM
Experience driving design workshops with Business Process Owners per best practices
Skills in reviewing deliverables for quality assurance per industry standards
Ability to assist in managing functional and integration testing, including coordination across modules and third parties

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP EAM solutions to meet business objectives and enhance asset management processes
Act as a subject matter expert in SAP EAM, providing guidance and innovative solutions for complex business challenges
Analyze the organization’s business model and processes for seamless integration with SAP EAM technology
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, foster stakeholder collaboration, and validate solutions
Develop detailed documentation outlining business processes, system requirements, and solution designs
Utilize data analysis to identify trends, improvements, and innovation opportunities in asset management
Create visual representations of processes to enhance understanding, communication, and team alignment
Support SAP EAM solution implementation by coordinating with technical teams and aligning with business objectives
Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide cross-team solutions
Continuously assess and refine business processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards
Analyze, design, code, and test application components across multiple clients
Collaborate with team members for successful software solution implementation, maintenance, and enhancements
Deliver high-quality code to meet client requirements effectively and efficiently
