Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • 15 years full-time education
  • Must-have skill: Amazon Connect
  • Good understanding of contact center technology landscape
  • Understanding of AWS Cloud platform and services with Solution Architect skills
  • Deep expertise in AWS contact center relevant services
  • Sound experience in developing Amazon Connect flows, AWS Lambda, and Lex bots
  • Deep functional and technical understanding of APIs and related integration experience
  • Functional and technical understanding of building API-based integrations with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Bot platforms
  • 5+ years hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, and Lex V2
  • Experience designing complex contact flows, voice bots, and third-party integrations
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js or Python for backend logic and Lambda authoring
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-native patterns, IAM roles/policies, S3, and serverless architecture
  • Experience leading teams in Agile/Scrum environments with ownership of sprint deliverables
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
  • Ability to understand customer challenges and requirements, and address them in a differentiated manner
  • Ability to help the team implement, sell, and deliver cloud contact center solutions to clients
  • Ability to develop requirements based on leadership input
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual, global environment
  • Ability to take on new challenges and be a passionate learner

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers and own delivery of technical modules
  • Mentor junior engineers
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions
  • Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices
  • Create business cases for journey to cloud, cloud strategy, and cloud contact center vendor assessment activities
  • Create Cloud transformation approach for contact center transformations
  • Work with Solution Architects for architecting cloud contact center technology with AWS platform
  • Enable cloud contact center technology platforms for global clients specifically on Amazon Connect
  • Work on innovative assets, proof of concept, and sales demos for AWS cloud contact center
  • Support AWS offering leads in responding to RFIs and RFPs
