Requirements

15 years full-time education in B.Tech or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
Must have skills: Oracle HCM Cloud BI Reporting and Analytics
Technical experience in leading design, development, testing, and deployment of BI Publisher (BIP) / XML Publisher reports in Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence, etc.)
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BIP reports, data models, and integrations
Experience working with OTBI HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and FBL/HDL as needed
Good to have: Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle VBCS; Understanding of HCM Security and role-based access to reports; Basic knowledge of Fast Formulas; Experience in Agile/Scrum environments; Prior client-facing experience and ability to manage stakeholder expectations

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of BI Publisher (BIP) / XML Publisher reports in Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence, etc.)
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BIP reports, data models, and integrations
Work on OTBI HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and FBL/HDL as needed to support broader HCM Cloud requirements
Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior team members, and enforce coding standards and documentation practices
Lead a team on HCM implementations and support projects as a Team Lead in Oracle HCM Cloud at Accenture
Develop and deliver BIP/XML Publisher reports, support technical components, and collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely, quality delivery
Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs
