Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust J2EE applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and performance standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate J2EE applications with other systems and services, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards, while mentoring junior developers
Identify and resolve issues in existing applications, optimizing performance, and ensuring high availability (troubleshooting and debugging)
Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, including design specifications, user manuals, and deployment guides
Stay updated with the latest J2EE technologies and trends, and recommend improvements to enhance application performance and user experience
Collaborate and manage the team to perform tasks
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact
Collaborate with various teams to ensure project milestones are met and address challenges
Provide guidance to team members to foster a productive work environment
Engage in strategic discussions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring high standards of quality and functionality
