Responsibilities

  • Engage in discussions to refine application designs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user needs
  • Review existing applications and identify areas for improvement
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform tasks
  • Take responsibility for team decisions
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in application design
