Requirements

Minimum 12 years of experience, including in Microsoft Azure Databricks
15 years full time education
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks, SAP Data Services Development, Microsoft Fabric (Must To Have Skills)
Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services
Experience with data integration and ETL processes
Familiarity with application lifecycle management and agile methodologies
Ability to analyze and optimize application performance
Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks
Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization
AI-first mindset for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks

Responsibilities

Provide functional and technical expertise to plan, analyze, define, and support delivery of future functional and technical capabilities for an application or group of applications
Assist in facilitating impact assessment efforts and in producing and reviewing estimates for client work requests
Collaborate with various teams to assess impacts and ensure applications meet evolving organizational needs
Engage in discussions to identify solutions and drive implementation of best practices for robust and scalable applications
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders
Mentor junior professionals and provide guidance on best practices in application architecture
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact
