Requirements

Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
3+ years Operations experience working with reconciliations/settlements or transaction processing
Proven knowledge of working in a SOC-1 (or equivalent) environment with a clear understanding of procedures and controls
Daily workflow management experience
Experience in supporting testing in UAT & Production environments
Strong attention to detail & analytical skills
Relationship building skills across team, business units, and peers
Proven delivery of world-class service experience
Proficient skills in various PC software applications to include Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Cryptocurrency knowledge an advantage but not required
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to work well on global teams and in fast-paced, cross-collaborative environments
Ability to think analytically and deliver solutions to complex challenges and recognize when escalation is required
Ability to think ahead, anticipate questions, plan for contingencies, and find alternative solutions
Passion for thought leadership in innovation & promotion of change amongst the group

Understanding of risk inherent to Institutional Custody Operations

Responsibilities

Supporting complex client needs while maintaining a ‘client first’ mentality
Optimizing the client experience at Fidelity and developing long term client relationships and partnerships
Providing exceptional service to all clients by processing their requests in an accurate and timely manner
Driving high satisfaction, quality, and efficiency for both the client and Fidelity
Delivering superior results quickly and efficiently, utilizing effective time management skills
Driving innovation through curiosity and comprehensive understanding of business processes and challenges
Perform reconciliations, settle client trades, facilitate movement of both fiat currency and cryptocurrency in and out of clients’ accounts
Store cryptocurrency securely and maintain the books and records platform
Work closely with the Client Service team, Execution Services, Implementation Managers, and technology teams to ensure client requirements are met
