Requirements

Prior building and grounds maintenance and/or housekeeping experience desirable
Comfortable performing work inside and outside the SHaRC in all weather conditions
Comfortable around pools
Comfortable with heavy lifting (up to 80lbs), physical labor, and exposure to pool chemicals (safety equipment provided)
Able to have pleasant and helpful interactions with guests of the SHaRC when required
Comfortable working a flexible schedule including weekends, early mornings, late evenings, and some holidays
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Offer of employment may be contingent upon the results of a background, MVR, or criminal records check

Responsibilities

Check building systems, maintain pools and tubs
Clean facility, including locker rooms, showers, steam room, and fitness room
Identify problems and solve them, for example keeping equipment in working order
Empty towel drops and stock fresh towels
Remove snow (winter)
Mow and trim grass (summer)
Maintain courts
